This is a part of the thorough Die-Kaffee Privatrösterei review. After reviewing most of the Quijote coffees the next reviews will focus on the beans that Olga Sabristova roasts.

While I try not to be biased in any way, I feel obliged to mention that my first order got mixed up. Olga reached out and resend me the bags I originally ordered, but allowed me to keep the other bags as well (Great customer service and a great starter).

Preparation

Ground with Rancillio Rocky S, prepared with Rancillio Silvia. Took a couple of tries to get it right once again, but after a while about 16g with 30 secs to 26g created some great results.

Taste

A rather gentle taste. It's earthy, herbal and nutty. An interesting mix, in general pretty solid and natural.

Would buy again ?

Not my all time favourite, not the kind of taste I personally adore. But the beans are of great quality and very interesting.
