Shoutout to all companies:
Limiting passwords to anything under 60 characters is like you put us back in the 80s !
There is not a single reason, not to allow long passwords - and using your stupid policies you force us to use less secure passwords., increasing the risk of data theft just by being stubborn.
20 characters is not secure anymore (or will at least not be secure anymore in a few years) - Change it now !
I might add the limits I found here:
Google allows passwords with up to 100 characters.
Amazon does not tell you that you exceeded the length, so be warned. They limit you to 128 characters. But even that did not work for me. I removed all special characters so I onoly had numbers and letters left, but still not a chance.. Contacting the support right now .
