Ground with Rancillio Rocky S, prepared with Rancillio Silvia. I ground a little coarser and added 1-2 g additional beans.
I found Sant Elena rather hard to handle. Probably some adjustments to the pressure would be required, which I can't do on my machine. Sadly in the Aeropress the flavors did not come out as great as the smell would promise.
Don't pick up the wrong vibes here, this was still a very great coffee, that offered a lot to explore, but I found it very delicate to handle.
Would buy again ?
No. I felt like I was not yet skilled enough to extract the full potential of those beans. So maybe later I'll give it another shot.
